Eating Disorders and Motherhood

I am studying for a PsychD Counselling Psychology at Roehampton University.
I am looking for women that have experience of an eating disorder and are mothers.
The study will explore women’s experiences of the transition to motherhood for women who have experienced an eating disorder.

What will taking part involve?

An hour interview to explore these experiences, at a location convenient to you or via the telephone. You will be asked a number of questions surrounding this topic and I appreciate that people may find this difficult and/or distressing. I also understand that when an individual is particularly struggling with an eating disorder they may find participating in this research much more distressing, therefore it is important to consider whether it may be the right time to explore these issues.

All information will be treated confidentially. You can withdraw from the study at any time, without giving a reason.
